Hurricane Isaac may force game changeCORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) - Officials from Oregon State and Nicholls State will confer Thursday to discuss whether Saturday's opener between the teams needs to be pushed back because of Hurricane Isaac. The Nicholls State campus in Thibodaux, La., is currently closed because of Isaac. The team was scheduled to take a charter flight to Eugene on Friday morning for the game at Reser Stadium. Oregon State athletic director Bob De Carolis and Nicholls State AD Rob Bernardi will determine Thursday night if the game needs to be moved. If players are unable to travel safely, the game could be played either Sunday or Labor Day at Reser Stadium.
